Description:
The Service Representative (Courier) performs the pick-up of test samples and supply-request forms and the delivery of supplies, reports on a specified route following and established sequence and time schedule and follows established procedures in preparation and transport of specimens.

Your route will include client-facing time in patient service centers, doctor? offices and medical centers, in addition to lockbox drop-offs. You?l track, handle and process specimen samples ?treating them as if they were your own family?. You?l regularly identify and document our specimens, both manually and electronically, as well as fill supply requests if necessary. At the end of the day, you?l find that you?e a respected member of our team and receive recognition throughout our network for the impact you make. And as a benefit of being in this key, client facing role, the Service Rep (Courier) position allows for personal use of a company vehicle and a company gas card!
Prior experience as a Courier is preferred. The ideal candidate must demonstrate familiarity with local highway/road system in order to navigate driving routes effectively in accordance with defensive driving techniques. The ideal candidate should reflect the highest professional standards of customer service and demonstrate polite and professional interpersonal communication skills towards clients and coworkers at all times.
This position requires the Service Rep (Courier) to help accession specimens and will need to excel in both areas. Data Entry required.
