Overall Purpose/Job Objective:
The Audio-Visual Lab Assistant works closely with customers and is responsible for the overall maintenance of the audiovisual areas and equipment. This position will setup and tear down equipment and provide event assistance. The Audio-Visual Lab Assistant also makes minor repairs to equipment and assists in selecting new equipment for purchase.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Intermediate experience working with media and audiovisual equipment
At least one year of experience in customer service
Experience using EMS software
Experience with information technology and/or computer support services
