SUMMARY
Picks up and delivers service customer vehicles to and from the service department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Determines time and place to retrieve or deliver vehicles scheduled for service.
Inspects vehicles to detect damage prior to pick-up and upon delivery of customer vehicles.
Records the description of damages and lists on pre/post delivery checklist.
Presents oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Communicates with customers and provides excellent customer service.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrives to work on time.
Follows instructions from a supervisor.
Interacts effectively with co-workers.
Understands and follows work rules and procedures.
Accepts constructive criticism.
Maintains professional appearance.
