Attends to the needs of Avis-Budget customers at the counter by arranging the rental of vehicles and assisting with rental returns.
Obtaining and verifying all necessary information to produce a rental contract.
Offering and explaining additional features, benefits and services, such as protection packages, upgrades to larger vehicles and pre-purchase gas option.
Resolving any customer issues or complaints that arise to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Must able to perform the following tasks if needed:
Detail Service Working outside cleaning the interior and exterior on our rental vehicles.
This includes refueling (at an off site location), checking all fluids, ensuring proper tire inflation, and parking vehicles on the ready line.
Employee will need to be available to work at one of our three locations (XNA airport, 8th St.
Bentonville, and NWA Mall in Fayetteville) as the need arises.
With this position being predominantly at the NWA Mall in Fayetteville.
Position also available at our XNA airport location.
Position starts at $14 an hour with pay increases dependent on performance and punctuality/attendance.
Health insurance is available for full time employees.
Dental and Vision insurance are available at the sole responsibility of the employee.
Paid vacation for full time employees is made available after one year of employment.
Requirements Ability to safely drive and operate an automobile.
Valid driver's license.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Be eligible for work in The United States.
Means to travel between locations when needed.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Must be professional and customer service oriented.
Car Rental Agent experience not required.
