Our primary function is to be a patient centered medical home for coordinating care by facilitating partnerships with the patient, the patient's family and other health care providers.

Responsibilities:
Professionally greet & check-in patients Answer calls on a multi-line phone system Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling of appointments Scribe incoming patient messages Check-out patients and schedule any necessary follow-up appointments Verify insurance eligibility Collect copays and past due balances Confirm proper documentation is in patient charts Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information at each visit Other duties as assigned by manager Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) CPR (preferred) Proven previous job history (required) Skills/Requirements:
Moderate computer skills required Ability to provide exceptional customer service Ability to work with diverse groups of people Attention-to-detail orientated Job Type:
