Responsibilities:
Establish good rapport with parents and children.
Accept children of a variety of backgrounds without favoritism.
Create a safe and clean learning environment for children.
Keep lesson plans on schedule, keeping in mind the ages and developmental levels of the students.
Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to their instructions and policies.
Understand the curriculum for their job duties, including all institutional, state, and federal requirements.
Read books to children (appropriately for the child's age and developmental level).
Play fun games with children.
