The Real Estate Paralegal position will be responsible for performing tasks related to reviewing and management of various lease, transaction, and closing documents.
Other responsibilities will include reviewing lease renewals, communicating with landlords, and performing other tasks related to real estate and corporate contracts.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred Paralegal Certificate preferred Preferred
Experience:
5 years of experience in a Title Agent or paralegal capacity.
Strong organizational and analytical skills Advanced Microsoft Excel/Word skills Experience reviewing and preparing leases and other transaction-related documents.
Experience reviewing and preparing purchase agreements.
Familiar with all aspects of the real estate closing process.
Understanding of environmental surveys
