You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, design, and quality assurance, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test new products, using principles of engineering Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product designs meet customer needs and expectations Engage and build relationships with customers to process and approve customer requests changes Conduct research to identify new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes that can improve product performance and reduce costs Develop and maintain product specifications, drawings, and documentation Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to ensure that products are produced efficiently and effectively Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements Conduct product testing and analysis to identify and resolve issues related to product performance, reliability, and safety Participate in product launch activities, including training and support for sales and marketing teams Continuously improve product designs and manufacturing processes to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 3
years of experience in product engineering, process engineering, or related field Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively Experience with electrical system design and electronics manufacturing Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Experience with client engagement and customer support Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to product design and manufacturing Interested in hearing more?
