Washington Regional Medical Center's Sleep Lab is expanding!Our Sleep Lab is an American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) accredited sleep center that's located in the ever-growing Northwest Arkansas.
We are expanding our Sleep Lab from six beds to ten beds to cater to our patient population and we are looking to add to our team! Position SummaryThis position is competent at performing all sleep disorders studies and neurological diagnostic testing.
This requirement includes trouble-shooting all patient/device interfaces (hardware and software).
The RPSGT is responsible for equipment preparation and calibration for proper function and making adjustments as necessary.
Conduct patient introduction and orientation to the SDC including; patient evaluation, education and documentation.
Conduct patient hook-up according to AASM published standards.
The RPSGT is responsible for monitoring the patient during the procedure and intervening as necessary.
The RPSGT is responsible for scoring the polysomnographic study.
RPSGT's will assist in initial training and competency check-offs for new staff and help with on-going in-services and training.
RPSGT's will be accountable for monitoring non-licensed staff on shift for performance standards held by an AASM accredited facility.
Licenses/Certifications RequiredRegistered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) -or- Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) and board eligible; Current CPR CardSpecific Educational and Skill Competencies RequiredCompletion of didactic requirements of the AASM and registry testing through the BRPT and or the AASM.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
