Position Statement The Midlevel Provider (PA or APRN) works collaboratively with the physician and multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to outpatients.
The Midlevel Provider is responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion, and care coordination for patients and families with acute and chronic health needs.
Qualifications:
Required Qualification/Experience Masters Degree Physician AssistantAPRN Masters Degree in Nursing Family Medicine 3 years of nursing experience 1 year of APRN experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic PA Masters Degree Physician Assistant 1 year of PA experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic Preferred Qualification/Experience APRN DNP 3 years of nursing experience 3 year of APRN experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic PA3 years of PA experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic Additional Information:
