Essential Functions:
Provide case management and care coordination services for residents in the facility.
Work closely with Bentonville Public Schools Responsible for coordinating continuum of care activities for assigned residents and ensuring optimum utilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with external agencies and referral sources requirements.
Conduct various duties related to coordinating treatment and discharge activities, as needed.
Coordinate in a timely manner, issues or activities relevant to the treatment team.
Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
