The team will partner with strategy, technology, and business leaders to align priorities and help improve customer experience while increasing profitability.
As a Senior Manager I, you will be a key financial and analytical partner to our business leaders.
You will work cross functionally to provide decision support and strategic analysis.
You will have the opportunity to see the company strategy from a broad lens and identify key areas of opportunity where you can provide leadership with key insights to make strategic decisions that shape how we better serve our customers.
You will sweep us off our feet if Build relationships with business partners and being a student of the business Analyze and monitor key metrics and developing insights for decision support Create a compelling story using data Build financial models for potential business projects You'll make an impact by Evaluating our strategy and economic components to identify opportunities to improve the business Driving strategic analysis that breaks down the key opportunities in our business Being a trusted business partner that develops strong relationships Providing strategic input for communication and presentations to senior leadership You have deep financial analysis and modeling experience, particularly in Retail and/or Strategy roles You have experience pulling data and using analysis tools:
(BigQuery, PowerBi, Tableauetc.
) You excel at communication and presenting financial cases to partners and senior-level management.
You thrive in constantly evolving, fast-paced, dynamic environments You have experience with cost to serve or omni channel product flow You are curious and looking for ways to push our business forward Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 3 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
