In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of residents, as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community.
You will have the benefit of living on-site, saving time and gas every day! Benefits Include Hourly Wage Health (half of the premium paid by the employer for the employee), Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Life Insurance Long Term Disability Paid by the Company Earned Paid Time Off Living on-site with a generous apartment rent discount Responsibilities Responding to resident maintenance requests Cleaning and maintaining apartment units, and other community amenities Conducting property inspections Moving furniture when needed Skills and Qualifications Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines Excellent organizational and time-management skills General customer service and commitment to resident satisfaction Past property maintenance experience preferred A plus if you are HVAC or CPO Certified!
