Position SummaryThe Project Estimator will be located in Northwest Arkansas and will closely consult with the various Division Land Development teams located across the country to ensure the company is designing and developing efficient single-family subdivisions while maintaining the most accurate and comprehensive financial and budget analysis possible.
Duties & Responsibilities Review plans/specifications for opportunities to value the Civil Engineer Quantity Takeoffs:
Review plans and coordinate with the Civil Engineer to develop accurate takeoffs for estimating, bidding and construction Budgeting:
Create and maintain initial and final project budgets Bid/Award Process:
Partner with the market team to create bid lists, send projects out to bid, review bids, and provide detailed analysis of all bids to ensure competitive pricing, timing, etc.
Coordinate Trade Partner Agreements as needed Purchase & Change Orders:
Partner with the market team to review POs and COs as required to ensure the company is receiving the best possible pricing Additional duties as required PI32722849-25448-1e29da8b47ab Recommended Skills Construction Finance Financial Management Bidding Pricing Strategies Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
