in Fayetteville, AR has an immediate opening for a permanent, full-time office administrator/office manager/legal assistant position.
The job duties are best described as legal assistant with light receptionist and light office management roles included.
The ideal applicant will have the following
Qualifications:
strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), excellent attention to detail, the ability to proof your own work and follow through with all assigned, excellent grammar skills, strong job commitment, and the ability to work within strict deadlines.
Previous experience in the legal industry is not required, or even preferred.
However, strong interpersonal skills are required.
Duties and responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for all in-person clients , answering multiple phone lines, organizing files/electronic database, managing attorney/office calendars and preparing documents and correspondence per attorney instructions.
Must be able to communicate effectively with prospective clients both in person and on the phone.
Compensation is both competitive in the industry and dependent upon candidate qualifications.
General office hours are 8:
30-5.
