We're currently looking for candidates who are interested in joining our team in an administrative or entry level position. We have several Administrative, Customer Service, and other entry level positions open. Interested candidates must be self-directed, highly motivated, honest, happy, a team player and someone who likes to have fun while you work.
Responsibilities may include:
Answer incoming calls, email, and/or chat messages
Answer questions about products and services
Research & answer questions about orders
Assist customers with placing orders
Determine course of action to resolve problems
Enter new product data
Update or verify current product data
Upload images
Work with potential vendors
Preferred qualifications:
o 1+ years of administrative experience or recent graduate from degreed program
o Excellent verbal & written communication skills
o Ability to read & understand electronic messages
o Comfortable working with and learning new computer systems/programs and processes
o Accurate typing skills
o Familiarity with and ease of use of internet, internet searches, facebook, etc.
o Ability to resolve customer issues
o Familiar with the online shopping experience
Background check may be required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
